For easy enquiry, please use our enquiry form (see below).

2. By Mail

If you would like to order tiles from us, please send us your sample/s (or fragments) in a padded envelope stating the size and required number of tiles. We will reply immediately.

3. Personally

Of course you may visit us personally. This has the advantage that we could show you very similar tiles if the same model is not available. A slight difference in colour often is hardly visible on separate surfaces like bath tubs or pipe boxes.

4. By Phone

With the exact description at hand (manufacturer, article number, colour number and nuance), we can usually give you information over the phone. All our tiles are registered by manufacturer and article number in a detailed computer-based card file which enables us to tell within a few moments whether the required tile is available. As we also have additional unsorted tiles with different descriptions that look very similar, a sample is the best method for us.

5. By E-Mail

Here you can send us a photo of the required tile. However, this may be a disadvantage, as depending on the camera, scanner or printer, the exact colour and structure of the tile is not always displayed correctly.

Please note! If we deliver according to your details without having seen the actual sample, we do not accept an exchange of the tiles later on. Samples will only be returned unfranked or against return postage.

Delivery time is approx. 6 working days; daily dispatch; express delivery if required.
